Connect and set up a workspace
Pair one ComfyUI installation with the correct Pluribus account and workspace.
Pairing gives one ComfyUI installation a device-specific credential for a Pluribus workspace. It does not upload the graph, silently create a project, or infer a company from an email domain.
Pair the device
- Choose Connect in the Pluribus panel.
- Open trypluribus.com/pair, sign in, and enter the short code shown in your own panel.
- Approve the device connection.
- Return to ComfyUI and wait for the connected state.
The plugin stores the resulting device token in its private data directory. The device label sent during pairing is ComfyUI plugin, never your hostname.
If the sign-in message does not appear in Inbox, check Spam before retrying or changing the email address. See Troubleshooting and the current release notes for known delivery caveats.
Set up the correct workspace
If the account does not own a workspace yet, choose Set up and give the individual workspace a clear name.
Self-serve setup currently creates an individual workspace. The panel does not yet include an invited-organization picker. If your team already has a company workspace, do not create a duplicate and call it the team workspace. Use the authorized workspace-selection path or contact Pluribus support to bind the correct workspace.
An authenticated email address alone does not silently create a company or claim that the user represents one.
Reconnecting an existing owner
Pairing the same owner account again should restore its existing individual workspace and projects rather than create duplicates. If the panel asks a returning owner to create another workspace, stop and reconcile the account before continuing.
What pairing does not do
Pairing does not:
- Upload graph JSON, prompts, models, source media, or output media
- Create people from detected sources
- Decide which workspace represents a company
- Create a project without an explicit action
- Complete recipient confirmation or internal review
Next, create the real project.
