Link or classify every source
Connect each source to canonical project people or deliberately classify it for review.
Open each detected source card and choose Link people. Reuse an existing project person or create one with:
- Full name
- Role in this project
- Optional direct talent email
- Optional representative type, name, and email
Then save the link.
Resolve every source
Each detected source should end in one deliberate state:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Linked | The source represents one or more known project people |
| Not a person | A human reviewed the source and intentionally excluded it |
| Review required | The source remains unresolved and needs a human decision |
Do not move to handoff while a source remains Review required without an explicit owner and follow-up.
Reuse canonical people
The relationship is many-to-many. One source can represent several people, and one person can appear in several sources. A group image might link to multiple people; one person might link to a headshot, an identity LoRA, and a storyboard reference.
Reuse the canonical project person instead of creating a duplicate for every appearance.
What a link means
Linking records who the source is intended to represent. It does not prove that the person agreed, that a representative has authority, or that the proposed use is permitted.
Permission context is recorded separately in the intended-use brief, and the recipient responds to one exact request later.
