Production workflow

Create the project

Group related ComfyUI workflows under one real project without carrying state between graphs.

Choose New project and record enough context for a person or reviewer to understand the production without seeing the graph.

Project fields

FieldWhat to enter
Project nameThe name your production team uses
Brand / clientThe real company for which the creative is being made
AgencyThe agency involved, when applicable
Project contextA short, non-confidential description of the ad or campaign
Workflow kindCharacter sheet, Storyboard, Production, Final, or Other

For example:

Thirty-second paid and organic social video featuring two employees using the product in a workplace setting. Character sheet and storyboard precede the production and final workflows.

Do not put contract text, private media, or secrets in the short project description.

Choose the workflow kind

  • Character sheet — establish the people and visual consistency
  • Storyboard — plan shots and sequences
  • Production — generate and edit the creative
  • Final — review the final creative or deliverable state
  • Other — a rights-relevant graph that does not fit those stages

Several workflows can belong to one project, but each workflow can belong to only one project at a time. Each workflow has its own rights manifest and must acknowledge the project's current intended use against that manifest. A storyboard response never silently applies to a character sheet.

Save the stable workflow identity

The first scan or project binding adds a private stable workflow key to ComfyUI metadata and marks the graph as changed. Save the workflow after that first scan or binding. The saved key lets Pluribus recover the same local workflow identity after the browser closes or ComfyUI restarts.

When you switch workflow tabs, choose Find people again. Pluribus deliberately clears the previous graph's actionable state rather than carrying it into the new tab.
